Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mindandmotionstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable once delivered.
